Our Philosophy

We are and plan to be a team of individuals with diverse backgrounds and ideologies, but committed to studying Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor biology and liver/metabolic diseases. Our goal is to foster a fun, respectful, all inclusive, intellectual and creative environment to perform cutting-edge research as well as promote individual development. Adi maintains an open door policy, offers one-on-one and small group mentoring, encourages individuals to attend and present in local and national conferences, work with all trainees to publish their results in high-quality publications. He also encourages trainees to write local, state and federal grant applications.
